Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Views Titan. You accept them by visiting the website, creating or using an account, adding funds, submitting a campaign, contacting support about an order, or otherwise using the service.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live and capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use Views Titan for a business, brand, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that party and obtain permission for every link and account you promote.

Provide accurate account information, maintain access to your verified email, protect your password, and notify support promptly if you believe your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared for abuse, or used to evade a prior restriction. Views Titan may request reasonable verification when payment, ownership, account access, or fraud concerns arise.

Views Titan provides digital promotion ordering tools for supported public links. You choose the platform, link, service, quantity, targeting, delivery settings, and payment method. You are solely responsible for confirming that your use is lawful, authorized, suitable for your account, and consistent with third-party platform rules.

Never submit illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, harassing, exploitative, private, malicious, or unauthorized content. Do not use the service to impersonate another person, manipulate civic activity, distribute malware, or promote content you do not have the right to promote.

All account deposits and balance top-ups are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law expressly requires otherwise. ViewsTitan Balance is closed-loop account credit that may be used only for eligible Views Titan services. It is not a bank account, does not earn interest, has no cash value outside Views Titan, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

You are responsible for reviewing the amount and payment method before confirming a deposit. Payment-provider fees, currency conversion, bank fees, and taxes may apply separately and are your responsibility unless the checkout states otherwise.

Review the service title, unit, target location, minimum, maximum, quantity, delivery options, refill terms, price, discount, and final total before ordering. Prices and availability may change before checkout. A submitted order cannot be moved automatically to another link or service.

You are responsible for incorrect, duplicate, private, age-restricted, region-restricted, deleted, renamed, blocked, or changed links. Do not run overlapping promotions for the same target when doing so could prevent accurate counting or delivery. Multiple-URL submissions create a separate order for each accepted link.

Start times, speed, retention, refill timing, reach, and completion dates are estimates unless a service description expressly states otherwise. Platform changes, moderation, outages, account settings, demand, supplier conditions, geographic limits, and events beyond reasonable control can delay, reduce, pause, or prevent delivery.

Views Titan may replace, pause, adjust, or discontinue a service when needed for security, compliance, platform changes, or availability. We may refuse an order that cannot be safely or properly fulfilled and return an eligible undelivered amount to ViewsTitan Balance.

All approved refunds, cancellations, adjustments, and eligible undelivered amounts are returned exclusively to the customer’s ViewsTitan Balance. Views Titan does not issue those credits back to PayPal, Stripe, a card, bank account, cryptocurrency wallet, or another external payment method, except where applicable law requires a different remedy.

Completed or already-delivered portions are not refundable. Active digital campaigns may be impossible to stop. Eligibility depends on the specific service terms, recorded delivery, start count, remaining quantity, target condition, and payment status. Promotional, bonus, goodwill, or manually granted balance may be revoked when issued in error or connected to abuse.

Contact Views Titan support first if you do not recognize a payment or believe a billing error occurred. Fraudulent payments, stolen payment methods, fabricated claims, payment manipulation, unauthorized reversals, or abusive or bad-faith chargebacks will result in an immediate permanent ban from the website and all Views Titan services.

Views Titan may cancel pending orders, freeze associated balance, preserve transaction and security records, provide evidence to payment providers, recover chargeback fees and losses where lawful, block related accounts or devices, and cooperate with banks, processors, regulators, and law enforcement. Nothing in these Terms removes any dispute right that cannot legally be waived.

Views Titan provides promotion tools, not guaranteed business or platform results. We do not guarantee YouTube Partner Program acceptance, monetization, revenue, ranking, discovery, retention, followers, engagement, sales, sponsorships, account verification, or any decision by YouTube, Meta, Instagram, Spotify, X, Vimeo, or another third party.

Platform metrics can change, be audited, delayed, removed, or displayed differently. You remain responsible for original content, eligibility, public watch activity, community standards, advertising disclosures, intellectual-property rights, and every platform rule that applies to you.

You choose whether and how to use Views Titan. You acknowledge the risks of digital promotion, including delivery changes, metric adjustments, third-party enforcement, reduced reach, content removal, account restriction, suspension, demonetization, loss of revenue, or reputational impact. You use the website and services at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Views Titan and its owners, personnel, contractors, providers, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, goodwill, or account access; or a third party’s acts, omissions, systems, policies, or decisions. Views Titan is not liable for consequences resulting from your choice to use the service, your content, your instructions, or your violation of law or platform terms.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, aggregate liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid Views Titan for the specific affected order during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a greater remedy.

The website, dashboard, balance, support tools, content, and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Views Titan disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

Maintenance, technical faults, security incidents, supplier outages, payment delays, internet failures, force-majeure events, or third-party platform changes may interrupt access. We may take reasonable steps to restore service but do not promise uninterrupted or continuous availability.

Views Titan may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate access for security threats, illegal activity, harassment, prohibited content, repeated violations, attempts to exploit the service, interference with other customers, or conduct that creates material risk. Fraudulent payment activity or abusive or bad-faith chargebacks result in a permanent ban without advance notice.

Termination does not erase obligations that arose earlier. Payment, ownership, refund, fraud, disclaimer, liability, indemnity, dispute, and record-retention provisions survive where their nature requires.

Views Titan branding, site design, software, text, graphics, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, interfere with, or create a confusingly similar service except where law expressly permits.

You retain rights in content you own. You grant Views Titan the limited permission needed to process submitted public links, order instructions, and support material to operate, secure, and fulfill the service.

Views Titan may update these Terms as the service, law, payment rules, or platform conditions change. The revised date will be displayed here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce one provision is not a waiver. Questions about these Terms should be sent to contact@viewstitan.com before using the service.
