This Privacy Policy applies whether you browse publicly, create an account, add funds, place an order, or contact support. It should be read together with the Terms of Service.
1. Scope and who controls information
This Policy describes how Views Titan processes personal information through viewstitan.com, the customer dashboard, campaign ordering, balance funding, payment confirmation, support tickets, messages, and related services. Views Titan is responsible for the information it determines how and why to process, subject to applicable law.
Third-party platforms, payment providers, banks, and fulfillment providers process information under their own policies. Views Titan does not control their independent practices.
2. Information you provide
Account data includes your email address, password in securely hashed form, verification status, account identifiers, membership tier, preferences, and information you choose to add. Standard campaign orders do not require or request the password to your social-media account.
Order data includes public campaign links, selected platform, service, quantity, location target, delivery settings, price, discounts, start counts when enabled, payment status, order identifiers, refund status, and ViewsTitan Balance activity.
Support data includes ticket categories, order references, subjects, messages, replies, resolution status, timestamps, and any information you voluntarily include. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card numbers, API secrets, private keys, or sensitive personal information through support.
3. Information collected automatically
When you use the site, technical and security data may include IP address, request timestamps, browser and device information, pages viewed, referrer host, session identifiers, cookie choices, login events, error records, and abuse-prevention signals.
The first-party analytics feature uses pseudonymous visitor and session cookies to count visits, page views, devices, referrers, and approximate geography. Traffic analytics does not store a raw IP address. When GeoLite2 City is installed, the visitor IP is used transiently for a local city, state or region, and country lookup and is then discarded; trusted hosting or CDN location headers may be used as a fallback. VPNs, mobile routing, proxies, and privacy relays can make this inaccurate.
At account registration, Views Titan records the detected operating-system family and browser family and protects the registration IP address with encryption at rest. A separate keyed fingerprint combines IP, operating-system, and browser signals to prevent duplicate affiliate rewards. When all three match another account, the referred customer and affiliate are not eligible for that signup reward. Authorized administrators can review the internal security profile; affiliates see aggregate and pseudonymous referral status only.
Support replies store the sender IP address for account security and abuse prevention. That value is visible only to authorized Views Titan administrators through the support tools.
4. Payment information
PayPal, Stripe, banks, and other enabled payment providers process payment credentials and financial information. Views Titan receives transaction references, payer or customer identifiers provided by the gateway, amount, currency, status, timestamps, risk or verification responses, and webhook records needed to confirm a payment. The theme is designed not to store complete card numbers or card security codes.
Payment and transaction data may be used to fund ViewsTitan Balance, activate paid orders, reconcile accounts, investigate unauthorized payments, respond to disputes and chargebacks, prevent fraud, maintain accounting records, and comply with legal obligations.
5. How information is used
Views Titan processes information to create and verify accounts; authenticate users; provide the dashboard; attribute affiliate signups; validate one-time referral and milestone rewards; calculate pricing and tier discounts; fund and maintain balance; process, fulfill, track, cancel, or credit orders; provide support; send essential messages; detect abuse; secure the website; troubleshoot errors; measure service performance; enforce the Terms; and comply with law.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, take requested pre-contract steps, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, establish or defend legal claims, or act with consent. The appropriate basis depends on the purpose and jurisdiction.
8. Retention
Analytics session records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days, while daily aggregate traffic and page totals are scheduled for deletion after two years. Actual deletion timing depends on WordPress scheduled events running correctly.
Account, payment, balance, order, security, support, fraud, tax, and legal records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, to provide the account, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet accounting or legal duties, and protect the service. Different record types can have different retention periods.
9. Security
Views Titan uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information, including access controls, hashed account passwords, nonce and capability checks, server-side payment confirmation, limited credential display, and security logging. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You are responsible for using a unique password, protecting your email account, signing out on shared devices, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access or payment activity.
10. International processing
Views Titan and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, appropriate transfer mechanisms and contractual protections should be used.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or a copy of personal information; object to or opt out of certain processing; withdraw consent; appeal a decision; or complain to a privacy regulator. These rights are not absolute and may be subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions.
Submit a privacy request to contact@viewstitan.com using the email attached to your account. Views Titan may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and protect the account. Transaction, fraud, security, tax, dispute, and legal records may be retained when deletion is not legally required.
12. Children
Views Titan is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or purchase services. If Views Titan learns that personal information was collected from a child in violation of applicable law, reasonable steps will be taken to delete or restrict it.
13. Third-party links and platforms
Campaign links, embedded content, payment pages, and social platforms are operated by third parties. Their privacy practices and security are governed by their own notices and are not controlled by Views Titan. Review those policies before providing information or using their services.
14. Policy changes and contact
This Policy may be updated when services, providers, technology, or legal requirements change. The revised date will be displayed at the top. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, dashboard, or account email when appropriate.
Questions, privacy requests, and concerns should be sent to contact@viewstitan.com. Include enough information to identify the account and request, but never email passwords, authentication codes, or complete payment-card details.
